well here you go Liane! I really think it is great you are willing to do this.
Now what i would like to see is what the posiblities are for mobile advertising and how to optimize campaigns correctly when running
RON , what kind of ctr's you want to aim for, bid strageties if there are any, how to deal with certain phones (smart phones , future phones, etc) , and how to get VOLUME.
stack members: please post your suggestions here what you would like to see in the webinar.

Thanks for doing this!
I've heard Admob has tons of volume but it really sux, how true it this?
Is the money in the "lesser-known" traffic sources?

it would be nice to see around how many iads to use when starting a mobile campaign and around how much data you need to actually get accurate data from the campaign, Also explain how to use all the tracking tokens available for mobile advertising

Okay, here's what I have so far (from this post & from private messages):
1) case study
2) difference between mobile / regular CPA (landers, etc.)
3) ad networks / "lesser-known" traffic sources
4) optimizing RON traffic
5) what kind of CTR to go for
6) bidding strategies
7) getting volume
8) targeting different types of phones (feature vs. smartphone vs. tablet)
9) how much data is enough for optimization?
10) tracking tokens (in some ad networks)
anything else you'd like me to go over this Friday at 3pm Pacific?

Here are a couple questions I thought of this morning:
- What offers work best/easiest with mobile? Any insight you have into certain types of offers that are easier to get going than others and why. And on the flip side, anything you would suggest staying away from.
- Tips on demographics research or anything related to demos. Question stems from some confusion while creating dating banners.

Liane:
What is the current scene like for running mobile traffic to mobile-optimized co-reg paths?
Would mobile landers break the iframe code for coreg paths?
Thanks.

I would really love it if you could speak a bit about lead gen, not towards cpa offers, but to your own lead cap. The challenge I'm having isn't necessarily getting cheap leads, that seems to be going well, but it's monetizing those leads afterwards.
I remember you said to always put an offer on the back right away, none of the offers in my market are mobile optimized. I'm supposed to get a mobile path from SP to put on the back, but I'm guessing JP is busy, he's supposed to be build me one to test.
So I'm able to collect e-mails now, but monetizing them kind of sucks due to limited offer selection.... ideally, I can keep all monetization device specific as I imagine that would work best.
Just any experience you have with your own lead gen, things you would do different, etc, would be of great help.
Thanks!

Would love to hear some insight on the current state of pay per call.
Can't seem to find any of these pay per call offers around except on CJ, ShareASale, and Linkshare.

Not sure what "SP" and "JP" are...but I can definitely talk about monetizing.
Here's an updated list of topics:
1) case study
2) difference between mobile / regular CPA (landers, etc.)
3) ad networks / "lesser-known" traffic sources
4) optimizing RON traffic
5) what kind of CTR to go for
6) bidding strategies

14) what about coreg paths on mobile? Would mobile landers break the iframe code?
15) when you're doing your own lead gen, how do you monetize on the back end?
Is your question missing?
If so, what are you waiting for? Post it here.

Hey Liane, I have another question, actually more like a sub question for an existing one: under #9, how much data is enough for optimization, I'd love it if when discussing that you could touch on how much to spend on a publisher before asking to have them blocked.
Thanks! I'm really looking forward to this webinar.

One thing that keeps on coming up with mobile is the huge click descrepancies. That would be a good topic to cover, what to expect for different networks etc.

When you start working with a new network, do you go and talk to a rep directly to they can optimize their stuff before you launch oir you always test thew water and then work with someone to optimize the campaign? I usually contact my rep firsthand before launching anything but right now with Jumptap if I don't spend around 1k in testing (conversions are not so good either) they won't let me talk to an AM as they need to get some data, although I'm pretty certain they could just clear a few bad performers firs thand and then gather and work on the data..

I get them to lower my bid usually while I'm testing. And after I've run a little I'll ask for changes / get recommendations. Are you saying they won't let you block pubs / sites?

Hi Liane,
I am interested to know, what have been the highest revenue mobile offers currently and for the past 6 months? I'm talking about specific offers and not just in verticals generally.

numerouno. i have a rep at jumptap since the beginning. when i only was spending 100$ a day. Tell em you need one to block your sites etc because you could be spending a lot of $$$ on a high volume puplisher that is losing you money. so after you ditched the bad pubs out, you can ramp up your spend...

Liane,
I'd like to know how you organize your data, analyze things. With so many variables (offers to test / different carriers / different handsets) my Excel sheets (and campaigns in BuzzCity etc.) are a mess.

Not so far. I've just joined and got a two line email telling me that I had made a deposit into my account.
My accountant will slap me for that. ;-)
Guess I'll have to wait for them to approve the campaign and then I can see how it goes from there.

Start by looking at where all your clicks went. And narrow your targeting.

My Jumptap rep just ask me to sign IO for 5K to provide me the invoices I've requested. I've never singed any of those before. Any tips? Does it mean I have to buy ads for 5K?

Not at all.
My account has a huge I/O & I only pay for what I use.
It's like a credit card with no interest...just gives you the ability to spend up to that amount every month, and pay net 30.
