How To Get Facebook To GIVE You Multiple 5k Accounts in 6 Steps

Ok so I did a post about running accounts under the radar....so this one is about getting large accounts that FB likes.....

Also I will state that by doing this the world opens up to you a bit more.....(as the Angry Russian posted here http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...t=media+buying )

looking less like an aff and more like legit can work wonders....

so here we go....I did pictures cuz Mr. Green said he wouldn't read my post unless it had pictures....(ironic you say? I thought so to since NZ has the highest literacy rates of any country.....but I guess when your counting money all day long pictures break up the monotony)

on to the info....

step 1

Why did I post this? Cuz ye need to setup a professional looking agency....just go grab a wp theme and set up a basic site.....put in some pretty pics.....make up some shit about people you work with whatever just make it look real.....and you are a "performanced based interactive agency"

step 2

step 3

step 4

step 5

step 6

wait for the call....

they will call you and ask you questions I suggest you have your shit together and sound like you have a clue....DON'T talk CPA....say you do some local leadgen/branding.....and have a few larger clients....gaming based etc.....

they will set you up with a 5k account very quick.....you can get more as well if you ask....but they will want to see volume first.....

and best of all you can get credit terms if you run legit shit......they will require and credit app and such....but its 30 day terms....which can be quite nice....

If you want another account you just email them saying "you brought on a another big client" and you need another account.....you will be surprised at how easily they will give these out if you look legit....

as far as using these accounts are concerned....I would keep them very very separate from your "dark monies" accounts as they expect more from you as an agency....cloaking is a no-no and just run legit stuff an you will be all set....

Nice tutorial polarbacon. I would like to have a account with larger budget so I don't have to switch between accounts.
How fast do you gotta push traffic?

well they start you with a 5k account.....for agency's that the starting account size....and you don't have to push volume....just do what you feel comfortable with......

The idea is not to abuse this and cloak the hell out of it.......don't shit where you eat my dad always said Larger accounts tend to get a more watchful eye at FB....not always the case.....but generally they are the accounts that can do the most "damage" to the user base......

How come you got banners at the bottom on almost every facebook page?

05-27-2011 03:31 AM #8 dantheman (Member)

@mugga he has pagerage installed.

@polarbacon : yeah I was looking to get a legit account and push legit stuff to have a higher budget. I don't know if this is true, but I heard there are accounts probably for corporates. They submit whichever ads they want, and they don't have to wait for ad approvers to review.

Honestly? You don't even need a proper webpage. Ask around for an email of a FB Sales Associate. E-mail them and mention getting their email from a business contact and you're interested in a corporate/agency account (w/ bulk upload!). They'll set you up and you'll be set.

A few different affs I know had some hoops to jump through like the new corporate account needed to get 10mil impressions overall before being assigned a proper rep and getting bulk upload, but I didn't have to do that. They'll tell you not to use your old accounts either. You're suppose to only use your new corporate accounts, but I still use my old ones with the same CC with no problems.

You can basically get as many 5k accounts as you want. They are all linked together, so don't ask your rep to make you a new $5k account to cloaky cloak. Approval times seem to be wayy faster for corporate accounts than for non-corporate ones. I've been using them for over a year now, and I've never had to wait longer than 12 hours for stuff to be approved.

My FB account just got upgraded to "Unlimited" on Daily Spend Limit.

This might sound dumb - but does that mean no $ limit at all.

Is that better than a 5k account?

Cheers !
Murray.

Wowza. Unlimited I want that

It's because you just made it and haven't spent anything. As soon as you start spending, a daily limit will appear.

@netspace you typically start off with an "unlimited" budget.

When you start spending money the "real" budgets will be imposed.

@polarbacon man that's some solid info! I started another FB account
with a different credit card some time back and your method does seem
like a better one.

Plus the rumors of faster approval does sound enticing

True...but there are added bonuses to looking like an agency....esp if you want to get into media buying....(and for a whole host of other things as well)

and does it really take that long to set up a basic wp theme?

05-27-2011 10:36 AM #15 drooblez (Member)

Go to ThemeForest and you can pick a nice "agency looking" Wordpress theme for very cheap. Like $50, that's it.

05-27-2011 10:39 AM #16 dowork (Member)

I've just got a logo on my site. I've negotiated media buys and other stuff without problems.

It doesn't take long to set up WP at all. I just happen to never have the time to do it. Just adding a different perspective. :P

hey polarbacon,

If I get a account, will I be able to run dating offers and other stuff? Or will that look like a affiliate and they might get suspicious?

well.....I would keep it clean.....as best you can......esp when you first start.......kinda until your rep forgets about you....

or make it a good case ie... http://affiliates.cupidplc.com/ wink wink nod nod ....you "represent them" or "Signed a performance contract with them"

also another key metric..... approval/disapproval ratio VERY important for flying under the radar.......keep the approvals high and you are far less likely to have any issues......

05-29-2011 05:24 AM #19 dantheman (Member)

Alright, thanks for the advice Too have a good approval/disapproval ratio, I'm thinking of doing a bunch of ads for charities, therefore the ratio will be good. I could even find some local clients and make ads for them, which won't be too much work.

Can you briefly define your meaning of "LEGIT" when advertising on FB? ...

no cloaking....or I should say the only cloaking would be to the actual offer direct(instead of with your CPA network link) if there is a country block on it....

if you have something that you think is questionable.....run it thru a LP....

Nice tutorial polar - going to have to give this a shot. I've been banned from Facebook in the past, but I already have another site setup that is an agency.

This seems like a solid method for promoting offers like games - which Facebook eats up anyway. They rarely get disapproved and there's no issue with them in general.

What about games you need to download? Are they ok with that too? Shaiya and Grand Fantasia for example.

@polarbacon : A few things I've been wondering:

Should I sign up under my regular IP or should I use a VPN? I've had accounts banned on my IP already.

Also, don't they check your name for existing accounts and they might find out?

How long does it take to get an account set-up?

I would love to have an account like this instead of having 5 accounts as I won't have to switch throughout accounts, etc. The advantage for multiple accounts however is being able to submit more ads.

1 more question:

Should I act as the CEO of the agency or a representative?

06-01-2011 04:16 AM #25 polarbacon (Moderator)

I do these all under a vpn

Then become "bob wallce" the new media director.....but I don't think they do....

Can happen in as little as 1-2 days

see answer #2

Sounds good! Doesn't sound too difficult. One more thing, should I receive the debit card with the name of the account before I go contact them?

06-01-2011 04:39 AM #27 dantheman (Member)

In terms of traffic, do the accounts receive more traffic or do they run by the same rules?

yes on the card....one cool thing about these accounts is....the card doesnt have to match....as they expect that you may be running traffic for someone else.....

as far as traffic is concerned......yes you can spend alot of money very fast .....server crashing amounts of it if you are not careful.....

Its not so much that they are special....its just that the algo see's that you have a 5k spend....and it will make every attempt to provide even delivery of your ads over the 24hr day....just as it would with a 250 account......but now there is 5k to spend not just 250....

so be careful when setting your camp spend......FB doesn't take so kindly to CC's bouncing......and they do stack charges.....so if you go and blow something up....2-4k a day don't be surprised if you see a 6-7k charge a few days later....which if your CC isnt useta that it may get rejected.....(happened to me gotta hate BOA sometimes)

Hi, I have read this thread and I want to know if I have to own a company or just I make an agency website?

06-13-2011 10:29 PM #30 dantheman (Member)

I set everything up, and all I have to do is wait for the call which should be soon.

02-04-2013 08:34 AM #31 trust93 (Member)

I tried this method... I actually had a legit site built.. an online clothing store.. I was honestly going to promote my clothing store using FB. They gave me a call and they set up an account for me with $500 spend limit. Then we continued to set up a call with my representative. I woke up on our scheduled date and I was waiting for a call but what I got was an email basically saying "F you, you're an affiliate and we don't deal with people like you " <-- in my own words

I cried (not really), Then tried again.. This time they didn't even call me back lol. Whatever

I was probably flagged as an affiliate because of my ip.. The account they gave me got locked up and I never got a chance to use it

Anyone else have recent experience with how this is going. My plan right now is to get a VPS locally to me in Colorado. Then install a VPN client with dedicated IPs for each Facebook account.
