So I'am making some websites with the goal to collect information from every visitor (SEO).

I'am looking for a theme that basically have a simple and clean look with a contact form on the right side.

Could you guys recommend me any wordpress theme?

Not really a squeeze page, it's gonna have a lot of content for SEO purpose etc. It's for collecting name, phone, address, mail etc.
