Download: The Ultimate click2sms LP v1

Recently I posted a thread about click2sms offers from Haka that are exclusive for STM members.

These offers work already good with direct linking but it´s still good to splittest with landing pages.

First reason is that landing pages often result in better performance, even when then less users reach the offer page compared to direct linking.

Another important reason why we still should test landing pages with such offers is that it gives us more options for additional ways to monetize the campaigns.

On one hand we can use the backbutton and on the other hand we can add a script to collect push subscriptions to our landing page, both isn´t possible with direct linking.

In THIS POST our beloved @jaybot showed an image of a landing page that can be used for the click2sms offers.

Surprise, surprise...

I use the landing page myself and modified it a little bit so that it auto translates to 49 different languages.

The good thing about the click2sms offers is that they accept worldwide traffic.

I have many good campaigns with that kind of offers in very exotic and/or low tier geos but especially in low tier geos they often only speak their native language.

With this landing page you can easily run campaigns in whatever geo you want and show it to probably 99% of all users in their native language.

Put a push script from Monetizer or Propush on your landing page and put a link to a push smartlink on the backbutton.

Then you can easily collect few k push subs per day and this can also add up when you keep it running for longer.

There is also a version for languages that write from right to left.

You can download the landing page HERE.

Tomorrow or so I will add a version with JS alert as well.

Even better: do both (make two landers with the different push sub scripts, and split test them against each other)

Sure, of course that also a good option

But then also test Propush CPS vs rev share.

@noobmarketer Did you get the LP working or do you have questions about it?

At this moment I'm working on my first landers.
The most basic landers won't be a problem, using LanderLab by the way because at the moment don't feel like going all technical with the hosting part (probably later).

But I was also interessed in this lander because of the translation opportunity. Thx @twinaxe for sharing this

But personally I am getting this lander .. and I my language is Dutch (Northern part of Belgium), and this is not Dutch. Looks like 'Finnish'?

So my question is .. how does this work? Do I have to do something extra or is this an error somehow? Bit confused :-)

Yup, looks Finnish.

When you go to THIS SITE, what language (Sprache) is shown there?

Would be great when you could post a screenshot of it.

Yes. I did. Thanks so much for asking and also for the landing pages.

HI there, thanks for this one. May I ask why there are two html files?

11-01-2021 06:38 PM #16 twinaxe (Senior Moderator)

nl-NL, a mismatch?
Somehow nl as language was detected twice, once with Dutch text and once with Finnish text.

It´s fixed now, please download again and let me know if it works now.

Yes. I did. Thanks so much for asking and also for the landing pages.
That´s great to hear.

index.html is left to right, indexrtl.html is right to left

Thanks @twinaxe for sharing! Is there a reason the RTL version is a separate HTML file instead of just setting dir="rtl" for RTL languages via js like the other language customizations? Does that need to exist on initial page load?

06-12-2022 02:38 PM #21 twinaxe (Senior Moderator)

@constantine That´s a good question.

To be honest, I never thought about your solution and never tested it.

If you test it please let me know if it works.

Would definitely be the better solution.

So HERE you can download a version that does work technically. It just condenses both html files into one with 3 additional lines of JS. Test with live traffic still outstanding.

Right back at you. If you're so awesome to you share your expertise and tools, the least I can do is share my marginal improvements on them

Not sure how the code works. For me it is pure voodoo.

Tried to test it in my DE browser by adding to rtl country like this:

Code:
var rtl_langs = [ 'de', 'ar', 'arc', 'dv', 'fa', 'ha', 'he', 'khw', 'ks', 'ku', 'ps', 'ur', 'yi' ];
The result I get is this:

If I open a similar arabic version of the lander in same browser the formatting looks like this:

Do I need a full arabic browser profile to get it displayed properly? If so, what besides language do I need to change?

Hey lars, yes the best way to test the localization in a different language is to set your browser to prefer that language above all others. If you use chrome, go to chrome://settings/languages#lang
then add the language you want to test to the list (arabic for example) and push it to the very top.

Cool

Tried that and now it looks as it should. Pure magic.

Thank you for sharing + the hint with the settings that I was not aware of.

Thank you for the step-by-step setting up guide! We couldn't to explain it any better
