2.2k Clicks - 332k Impression - 0.67% CTR and 0 converions.
My website is ecommerce and sell women shoes.
Anyone is help me to optimize or give me advance tips?

This is too generic question, there could be a million reasons for this...
Have you been able to sell anything with the store when using some other traffic type? Have you optimized the store with other traffic?
Are people browsing the store, adding items to cart but just not checking out?
Are you sure the store works correctly... tech setup, order process, payment options...
What ads did you use? What about the targeting, are you sure you're trying to sell to your target audience...
We need way more info from you in order to be able to give the right kind of advice. It would be a good idea to share the store url with us too, we have some great designers here on the forum, they might be able to help with the layout and structure...
