I am going to start the contest FINALE on Monday (due to the US Thanksgiving holiday, I shall be traveling to Tucson and drinking good wine), then announce the three winners.

Still plenty of time to review part 1 and 2 above and submit your ideas, a fine way to spend your time over a holiday weekend in the US (even if it's not a holiday for you).
Since I've participated in every part might as well do this one as well:
Sell your creatives
Bundle the landing pages you showed us here as well as the code that makes it cycle through your images so that someone can set it up on their own server. Offer to show screenshot of stats such as open rate, CTR etc. making sure they can start imagining how much money they will make using your LPs. Don't include the images and sell that as an add-on service whereby you give them a key breakdown of which image works best for which geo or whatever data you are comfortable with sharing. I think you get the idea as its up to you how you want to slice it and dice it and I get the feeling lazy people will want to buy it and test it.
Risk to you is minimal I would say since your key value proposition is actually the emails you own and the information about the email itself which you are already selling in part 2 via wholesale so might as well sell your creatives as well. Only downside is that people might have seen your ads elsewhere and hence it is not as "fresh" which could impact your conversions in part 1.
Or... you could always start a course on get "rich quick via email marketing" since it seems everyone is claiming they made millions online via FB ad these days (pretty sure I'm getting targeted since my YouTube seems to show me a different face everyday of someone selling me a course which makes me think are there really that many "gurus") -- Okay am being a bit sarcastic here in case that is lost in a written post (which happens). :P
Anyways thanks @johna5150 for all the info, learnt new things along the way and am thinking how I could apply it to my own funnels as well. Also was an interesting exercise to think through the challenges, hopefully some of the suggestions help.
