Sourcing traffic sources and landers that are working.
As a network owner we get asked for landing pages quite a bit. But guess what we don't give out creative other then what's in the system. Both for legal reasons and because we don't want the legal issues attached to giving out and building creative.
With that said one great place to look is Alexa clickstream.
What's Alexa clickstream you ask?
This is the paths in and out of a domain based on people with alexa toolbars installed. So it's safe to say that it's not going to be accurate data, but it will be helpful.
Go to Alexa put in some offer domain you're looking for. Then it should spit out where most of the traffic is coming from on the site. Then also where the traffic is going to after visiting the site.
Where might traffic be before they go to a site?
Site someone sending traffic is buying on?
Ad network?
Lander?
Just a couple ideas, I'll let you run with it.
P.S. As always anything you find and want to run make sure you get reviewed by competent legal counsel to make sure it's compliant. Now go make some loot.

Nice tip Jason.
I do that all the time on Alexa.
Also you can use Alexa to uncover traffic sources for intl countries by looking at the ads showing on the most trafficked sites for that country.

Alexa FTW.
I use it too.
I know there are scripts out there to protect your referrer's if you're an affiliate with a LP so people can't find out your traffic source or steal your LP.

is there any way to forbid the alexa bots so they can't crawl your lp/tracking url?

Any idea where you can get these scripts or more specifics on them?

no i mean the prosper202 url..sometimes you'll find prosper202/tracking urls if you look at the clickstream of an offer...you can then look at the clickstream of the prosper url and find the lp's from that affiliate..
i can't show you an example because i don't want to out other affiliates lp's but if you look at the clickstream of some huge rebill offer websites for example you'll see what i mean

I spoke to Alexa about removing all of my tracking domains from Alexa but they won't do it. I'd be interested in hearing another solution.

you can not 'block' alexa, but there are ways to 'contaminate' their data so that when someone looks at your site. what they see in alexa and what you are actually doing is far apart. 1 FREE tip. look at subdomains and how they get ranked by alexa vs main domain.

You can try to add the following lines on your robots.txt:
User-agent: ia_archiver
Disallow: /
But most of the times, spiders crawl what they want

Nope, it's limited to 10 with and without the toolbar.

alexa ignores robot.txt - they will grab links from the html pages users visit with alexa toolbar installed and then goes out and spiders them.
another tip
use a site like http://domaintrakker.com/ to spot domains that have increased rapidly in their alexa rankings.
today these are obviously offers pushing a ton of volume.
videorewardstoday.com
dailyvideorewards.com
http://giftrewardonline.com/
these are used for typosquatting
ie
http://yutube.com
or pushed via Zedo
http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/gotjumped.com
and with a bit of compete intel you can see that there is a lot of traffic flowing through these offers
