I wanted to run a campaign there talked to a rep and he set me up. I told him what I wanted to do what I was advertising and he explained to me that there were people spending alot of money running the same thing so I was like ok lets go.
After 150 bucks and 163k views i get 3 clicks to my path, 3 fucking clicks.
Umm bot traffic perhaps

The first 12 or so ips

His response is oh you gotta spend more money to optimize, optimize what? I send him the first screen above he doesn't even click it, he tells me its the end of the day we'll pick back up tomorrow and logs off.
Still getting this an hour after pausing my campaign

I'm sure there must be a reason for this. What did he say about the 1000's of clicks from the same ips? Can you ask him again to answer that specific question.
I do know people who have been successful with adon.
ive talked to someone who used to be part of the internal workings of adon, and id say definitely stay away.
at least from the PPC "search" stuff.
even if i didnt hear stories, i came to that conclusion on my own after testing and testing. Its like that old cartoon with that guy pulling that fucking weed out of the ground, and it just keeps popping up again and again. You can sit there and optimize and block 20 pub ids, and before the next day, you'll have 20 NEW bad pub-ids to block (all brand new ones that never appeared in your stats before and its not a coincidence that they appear, ill leave it at that)
Their PPV traffic may be a little different, not too sure, but id avoid the PPC/search
I know of several people having good success with their PPV inventory... no idea about the rest.
You sure it's costing you for that traffic and it aint like bing and their bots?
very! foookers
weird. who is your AM ?
I have had good results with ADon on various niches over 2yrs.
even running one now.
My AM has been very responsive
matthew, i just had the head of sales email me back after I bitched to the contact emails. Erin used to be my am there she took care of me, I would call her we would chat this dude just didn't know who he was talking to I'm not some fool.
Had some success with their ppv traffic, I usually go with the Aff traffic tag and stay away from keywords though. Russ is a helpful guy over there.
interesting. someone i know has also made a ton on adon. they did say to be careful of the traffic because of bot clicks and such
looks like russ has moved on to adknowledge? --> http://www.linkedin.com/pub/russ-brown/11/982/bb
That's a shame, he is a really decent guy. Adknowledge the pople who bought Hydra?
I did run a lot of traffic ( CPV ) to them and had success.
However , yeah , there is a ton of click fraud on their network.
From my experience , bidding on domains you will get no fraud views at all , but traffic is low.
When doing RON there is a TON of fraud , but views are so fucking cheap , you can get very profitable after you weed out bad publisher ids.
Also , ask for Joey , he's my AM and knows his shit.
I hear you Morgan on Adon. Ran a campaign a couple of months back giving me nearly 60,000 clicks overnight - not ONE conversion.
I had this issue with them about 2 years ago. I ran a pop under biz op campaign using keyword targetting. Some of the referers showed up in my logs as to where the traffic was coming from. I then found out these publishers were using bots to simulate searches for my keywords. I went back to adon and they sent my logs to their tech team and pretended to be very surprised at what they had seen. Bollox. URL targetting though has been fairly fruitful for me.
Any news on their traffic now?
Has anyone used Adon RON pop traffic with success lately?
