Neeed help with setting up Pre Landers
Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and I have to say It's awesome!!
I've been around for some time in the Digital marketing world, specifically in the mobile marketing niche. but i have to say I'm pretty new to AM as a buyer.
Wanted to get help/tips in setting up prelanders.
Some background:
- I've registered a domain using beyond hosting on a starter plan. waiting to get approval from them
- using HasOffers as my tracking solution
- I want to run a FR Adult campaign and i also have a pretty good idea of how the prelander will look
- the campaign is CPA, and the action is that the user needs to subscribe to the website. pretty easy i think...
- been meaning to start buying on Exoclick. should i go there or start buying someplace else?
My main question is what do i do next technically in order to start using a prelander? I would also appreciate any Tips anyone can share...
Thanks

Hello Evy, welcome to the forum
I don't think hasoffers is the best solution for an affiliate, it's aimed more at affiliate networks. The more popular sources are
Voluum, funnelflux, thrive or
Adsbridge, I would recommend to take a look at those and choose one.
Since you know what the pre-lander should look like, make one, or get one somewhere. Beyondhosting will do well to host it. Next step you need to do is to place a special code or link to the LP, so the clicks go to the offer - this will depend on the tracking you choose, so can't really give you specific advice yet.
In case you are not sure about how tracking works, read this thread please :

Do you understand how postbacks work?
As for the offer, you picked a standard lead gen offer, dating is still alive but prepare to face pretty strong competition

Exoclick is a solid source, start on the premium source and avoid RON for now. In case you want to read more about adult sources, check this thread of mine, there is a list of sources at the end of it :

Welcome again and good luck

Thanks Matuloo!
In what way is Has offers not right for it? I mean, we are already using this as a tracking for our small affiliate network, so i thought I can also utilize it for the AM. the tracking in itself is pretty solid in Hasoffers, what does
Voluum has to offer that would be missing in order to succeed?
and thanks again for the references!

I'm not saying you can not use it at all, but I think the typical affiliate trackers would be better. To be honest, I never tried to use hasoffers to track my own affiliate campaigns, but from my experience of using it while pushing some offers from networks - the logic seemed a bit different than with a tracker like
Voluum. The impression I got from it was that this platform is based around "offers", while standard affiliate tracker is using campaigns and is built with this in mind - making creation of large amount of campaigns pretty easy. I also think that hasoffers doesnt offer as deep analysis of the campaign, or things like carrier targeting. I might be wrong, cause last time I used a hasoffers network was quite long ago.

Hi Again,
So Matuloo i took your advice and started using Voluum and i see the difference, especially that i can now use the "flow" and start using landers much more easily.
I have a question with the hopes of not sounding too "green", but on my lander which link should be used to redirect to the website i'm promoting? is it the affiliate network's link, the campaign link from Voluum or maybe just the plain URL of the website?
Thanks!

The question is "green" and that's perfectly fine, that's what I'm here for
On the LP, you need to use the "/click" link for the CTA, you will get it in the setup section of voluum. In case you used a custom domain it will look like
http://www.customdomain.com/click. This is a default link for every lander for every campaign that you are about to use with voluum. Voluum will then route it to the offer based on the campaign setting.
