I'm running jumptap i'm not getting info passed
what exactly do I have to do in the settings and on my url to pass the info to prosper?
if my link is
http://domain.com/tracking202/redire...=43543&t202kw=
do I check "Append tracking parameters to destination url?"
And what will my link look like if I wanted to track
jt-operator=<carrier>
jt-handset=<handset name>
jt-keyword=<keyword>
I'm spending moeny and not gathering important data

Hey Heavy, this is what I do to get that info passed.
kw=JT_OPERATOR-JT_HANDSET-JT_ADBUNDLE-JT_KEYWORD-JT_PUBLISHER-JT_SITE
AND I click NO for "append tracking parameters to destination URL"

hmm I'm not sure what that means, sorry
that's basically the URL that prosper gives me and I just add the "JT_OPERATOR-JT_HANDSET-JT_ADBUNDLE-JT_KEYWORD-JT_PUBLISHER-JT_SITE" to the end of the URL. You can add any of the other tokens in any order, it doesn't matter. I think they need to be in all caps tho.

Can you use the c1,c2,c3,c4 variables in prosper?

Yeah you can put those variables in the c1 c2 etc boxes to keep it more organized.

I would also def look at running has-offers as opposed to 202.....just because it redirects much faster and you will have a much lower click loss in the end.....

Liane posted a solid breakdown of Jumptap variable tracking in THIS POST. It's quite comprehensive!

<OFFTOPIC>
I've seen Hasoffers mentioned as a possible tracking solution a few times in these forums recently... I think a proper Guide/Tutorial is in order! </OFFTOPIC>

Here's the correct way to set up JT's variables in CPV Lab (or at least the way that works for me).
(side note: if a T202/P202 user could do the same for that tracking platform, this thread would be pretty much complete).
In the CPV Networks:

...and in the actual campaign:

I run it like this with the "Append tracking parameters to destination url?" checked yes....
TRACKINGURL.com/tracking202/redirect/dl.php?t202id=XXXX&c1=JT_KEYWORD&c2=JT_OPERATOR&c3 =JT_HANDSET&c4=banner1&t202kw=JT_PUBLISHER-JT_SITE
...works fine

I had the same question 2 days ago. Here is the thread:
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...cking-question
I fixed the issue with c1-c4. If you need more than 4 parameters you may add them after kw= as @bill400 mentioned.
I am working with 4 parameters.
If you want your rep to eliminate sites, you need to check "Append tracking parameters to destination url"

Liane, have you noticed a significant difference by using the Double Meta Refresh as opposed to the Direct Redirect with CPV Lab?

I'm embarrassed to say that I actually didn't even consider this issue!
Did a little testing after you asked & didn't see a huge difference - but it may very well be related to the devices I'm targeting.
Gotta do a little more research & see which devices might be affected...and test again with those devices, just to see.

Meta refresh won't always work on all mobile devices, for eg on the blackberry it's only supported on sw version 3.7 or later

Do you happen to have a good resource for a full list?
