anyone doing any volume with them since the lawsuit was filed against them? heard rumours they squealed on affiliates to cover their own ass over deceptive landing pages.

just curious as they have an offer I want to run, and I don't feel like getting burned again.

I don't think they "squealed" on anyone. This isn't the mob.

If someone gets a court ordered supeona from any gov't body you have no choice but to answer it.

Make sure you are running compliant cause all those bodies are looking all the time.

last time I ran with them, they till paid me weekly on time. it was a month ago. but not sure about now, their AM is still active on another forum recruiting new affiliates.

Would just like to re-confirm this msg as i see it everywhere.

It's not like a network will get off easier by giving away affiliates info, likely the court will subpeona for all the networks info/records anyways depending on the situation.

I ran a good amount of traffic with them in June/July and they paid on time. They're definitely hurting for traffic right now... not sure how much longer they'll last.

I used to be one of their largest pubs. I no longer run even a drop of traffic with them.

I ran my first test in Jan with them. Did about $800 on a dating offer then stopped to make sure I would get my first check from them (I never trust networks and always like to do an initial test). They said they were not going to pay me because they were not getting paid yet and my traffic (POF) and lead quality was in question. It took over 3 months of being a squeaky wheel to get paid. I was split testing the offer with EWA at the time and they still paid me on time. I will never run an offer with them again.

I know at least from my comment, it had nothing to do with them letting out affiliates info..

I won't run anything with them because not only do they send your successful campaigns to other affiliates in their network, but they take forever to pay in cases like the above. Both have personally happened to me.

COPEAC is 3 weeks late with my first payment and my AM hasn't responded to over 10 emails. I also emailed to Stephen and info and no replies either. I'm super pissed off right now but not much I can do I'm afraid...

me too...they delayed my june payment over 1000 usd..because they think i have some issue in a incent offer..which i used in AUG..my money for that incent offer is 60 usd...suck network

sounds like it is just the game they play to help their own cashflow issues. good luck guys.

Guys they're late on a loan payment to BofA, getting sued by the FTC and have 3-4 class action lawsuits against them. Last I heard they had no money and most of their staff had left. You might not want to waste any more time chasing that down.

Again, I ran a few hundered $ worth of dating leads back in the summer, didn't get payment, sent a load of emails, they started saying there were problems with lead quality and demanded all sorts of ridiculous proof of traffic source etc.

They'll try anything not to pay you.

Avoid them, useless network nowadays.

I called accounts payable and my AM but it sounds like they are in worse shape now.

Smaxor is dead right. I've now seen court documents of FTC vs IMM (COPEAC) posted online, so it looks very very bad. However, they are STILL actively touting for business on fb and elsewhere!

this makes them complete assholes to try to sucker people in to lose money for running campaigns they will never be paid for. they know these people will most likely never be paid, they are just trying to basically rob people now just to try to save their sinking ship, not caring about other people.

i guess that is a good reason all these affiliate meetup/conventions exist: so you can find these assholes and show no mercy on them after they rip you off lol

Last month's payment was actually quite on time, but reading this topic makes me really worried about the 5k they still owe me!
