Sponsormob not converting

I took action on jtgjustin's tip about Pocketflirt converting on Sponsormob and sent some Buzzcity traffic.

1000 clicks later, not a single conversion.

I then asked my AM what went wrong. She said the epc was 0.20€ and some people are having 10% cr. She said I have the same targeting as most publishers, and have no idea why not a single one converted.

Any idea what could be wrong?

1000 clicks and no conversions? Must be a click bombing publisher, you wouldn't be getting that much traffic with my targeting.

Contact buzzcity and get a refund, they're cool so it shouldn't be a problem.

Edit: Sponsormob probably doesn't have an epc of 0.20€, I have the offer on my network with a higher payout and am only seeing $0.11 epc

My rep is asking me for details on the click fraud so she can send to the technical department.

How can I actually prove this?

I only have Phone,Carrier,OS click data in Sponsormob.
No IP details to prove it.

You can ask your affiliate manager for IP details. How much did you spend?

She said they can't give out personal details like IP address.
