"Allegedy" had some issues with mobile
shit I think I'm gonna be sick. Just got a call from these guys, they shut their doors and are out of business.
I was just getting my feet back under me aff marketing wise....I started killing it with one of their offers and they owe me 22k, pretty much all of my available money.
I don't know how I'm gonna come out of this shit.
They called you to tell you they weren't paying you? That's new
Yeah I thought most failed networks informed you that you were fucked only after you chase them to the hut they're now living in in Mexico and bang down the door... At least they were courteous about it I guess.
You'll come out alright man, we've all taken big hits here and there, it's the cost of doing business. Like I said in other threads though, this is why the game needs to change, NOW. Morgan wasn't wrong in sticking up for them based on his own experience, that's the whole problem though, a network or advertiser can pay millions of dollars on time for years, it doesn't mean shit, they can go out of business tomorrow.
Poor cashflow management, shady owners, huge accounts receivable, lawsuits, these are the reality of the CPA space today. You can't front thousands or tens of thousands of dollars in your own money without huge risk these days. There has always been risk, but not like this.
Their office is in Los Angeles so if your close i would head over there. "Allegedly" this was a long time coming. Start taking Credit Apps from all advertisers or networks you work with and ask around how their reputation is. I know one of the owners drives a Bentley.
I've had good success with them in the past; but in the same sentence I've heard things lately about them.
In some cases a Contingency Attorney might work. I know someone that had to sue a network(Recently Sold). He didn't have to pay for attorney fees. The attorney got a % of the settlement. These type of Attorneys take it on a case by case basis so you depending on how strong your cases is obviously. Might need to contact multiple attorneys. Below is the information of the Attorney he used.
