LI HotBar Question (5)

LI HotBar Question

I've been trying to install LeadImpact's hotbar for the last 12 hours... tried on Parallels VMs for Win XP and IE 6 (also Win 7 and IE9 - but figured that would crap out).

Setup.exe has an invalid or disabled configuration. Unfortunately we are unable to install this file for you at this time. Please try again later.

Also:
- GameVance install worked fine but hasn't shown any pops yet.
- Anyone else hear that PinBall Corp (LeadImpact) went out of business last month?

yeah I was getting this too, go to clickpotato.com and run that installer for hotbar. make sure any AV is disabled, and if you enable it make sure to set it to prompt you for any action and not automatically clean so it doesn't trash the install.

Thanks southbound for the solution and thanks to patrick also,.. because I was just fighting this as well and then thought I would login to find the answer and BAM here it is.
