I have been a customer of beyond hosting for around 6 months now, and they offer the best support I have ever seen. I remember one time I was having some minor problems (on my side) and the support emailed me his cell phone number because it was after hours, and he talked me through it, and my issue was solved immediately.... I highly recommend this service..
And no, I am not affiliated with them whatsoever besides being a happy paying customer

TOTALLY recommended. I am a BH costumer for two months and Tyler and his team set me up right a way, same day.
Also they are super fast responding support tickets. A+++

Prosper Optimized VPS (Host landing pages and other sites as well!):
Starter: $22.99/Mo
VPS512N: $29.99/Mo
VPS1024CAM: $39.99/Mo
VPS1024CLM: $47.49/Mo
Hi Tyler and thankyou for your great offer, so good to see someone from a
Hosting Company offering such outstanding prices.
As luck has it, I had intended to sign up last weekend but never got around to it.
Could you explain what the numbers & letters mean in the monthly amounts.?
I guess 512 & 1024 are the Ram Totals but what does N, CAM & CLM stand for.
Should the last quote VPS1024CLM: $47.49/Mo be VSP2048CLM.
Thankyou for your time.
Cheers
Murray.

Hey,
The numbers are allocated ram.
CAM = cPanel, Apache, Memcached
CLM = cPanel, Litespeed, Memcached.

Hey Tyler, I want to buy a new VPS to setup Prosper202 and CPVBidder, do you have good VPS plan for CPVBidder? My old VPS on Wiredtree always have a "Internal server error" for CPVBidder.

Hey Robert, what timeout did you have setup for cpvbidder? We've had no problems getting it working with a few tweaks.

Hey Robert, what timeout did you have setup for cpvbidder?
The timeout has set to 3600, all my Php/Mysql config are set up to recommend level. but still is error, Ervin is helping me checking it.
but i think i need to buy another vps to run this script, any suggestions?
Any of your customers has the same problem when using CPVbidder?
Thanks

None of them have reported issues. signup on a vps1024, everyone else running cpvbidder runs that without issue.

One more question, is possible to move from prosper optimized vps to cpv optimized later?

BeyondHosting-Tyler (Member)
Sure is, the prosper package is more expensive because we support prosper directly because T202 no longer does.

Is it worth adding $7 and get the VPS512N instead of the starter package for Prosper202?
The VPS512N doesn't have cPanel VPS Edition, does it matter?

Do you recommend Nginx, Apache, or Litespeed for the best performance with PPV traffic and CPV Lab?

Nginx is awesome if your only running the tracker on the box, requires a lot more effort. If you want cPanel litespeed is a no brainer.

Just signed up for VPS1024 and have to say that the support from Beyond Hosting has been AWESOME. Many thanks for Tyler and Justin. Top notch guys!
Now to lose my CPVLab virginity <gulp!>. Bye-bye prosper, you were a cruel mistress. If only you could have shown me some triple digit ROI once in a while ... sob ...

I don't know what you guys are talking about. Support replys are 5 minutes or less. If you DIDN'T get a reply its because you didn't correctly open a ticket or simply blasted random emails in hopes it would get there.
There are currently 2 active tickets, none of which are new customers.

1) If my OS is Windows so is there any problem using Linux VPS? Or I should using Windows VPS?
2) I wanna hosting my LP for mobile, do I use CDN or VPS?
Thanks

Nope, there's no problem using a Linux VPS if your local computer is Windows.
CDN is probably better for hosting a mobile lander, at least when you're starting out.

Alright, we are up again:

Only 22 hours and $1200 lost.
The best part is that they will never give you any money back. Why? Cos its 100% my fault, cos i didn't go with another host.

Forgive me for being a little thick here but.....
Back in 2013 you were complaining about how shit the service is at BeyondHosting (which is completely the opposite of my opinion) and yet you're still hosting with them? Does that not make you a bit of a moron?? Am I missing something here?

For the record, I've just looked back at all the support tickets I've started with them (65), the longest it ever took for the initial response was 23 minutes with the overwhelming majority being around 3-4. I don't class that as bad in the slightest

I upgrade as they recommended and stayed with them to avoid all the hussle for transfering all my websites. Also, not nice calling people names, you dumb fuck.

"dumb fuck" is a little harsh... I was simply asking if staying with a service provider that you've clearly had lots of issues with makes you a moron! A perfectly fine and justified question if you ask me. Anyway, I thought most hosts will happily migrate websites for you thus removing the majority of "hussle" as you put it.
anyway, all the best my friend.

You can defend them as much as you want, but this can happen to you too. They said that they send email notification before your account is getting suspended, but thats not true. The only email they send is when your account is suspended. So in my case, the idiots suspeded my server when i decided to take Sunday off, away from all work. If they notified me day before, that im reaching my server limit, i wouldnt have any problems to stop all campaigns and fix/upgrade my server.
This is from support:
"I believe that our system also sends out a notification email as you are approaching the limit or when you reach it."
<---Not true.
So they were teling me to whitelist bayondhosting, cos probably the email went to spam. But i only receive this email:
"This is a notification that your service has now been suspended. The details of this suspension are below"
And than i get this from another staff support:
"Currently I do not believe that we send out warning notifications for bandwidth before the limit is hit (although I have now added that to our requested features list)."
I just want to say that suspending your server on Sunday morning is just not fucking right.
anyway, all the best my friend.
