Another Face to Show on Tiktok (Instead of Your Own)

Following the thread I posted last week:

https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...-in-Tiktok-Ads!

Here's another tool you can use instead of your own face.

Link:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/my-tal...t/id1427290424

The app is free to try but I think the free plan only allows you to save 3 vids or something. Annual fee should be less than $30 USD - I paid just over $30 CAD for it.

You can say your script into the app, then change the pitch and/or the speed to make it sound "cute", then export the vid and do any further editing in your favorite video editor.

Most people love animals! You can literally cute people to death using this app. They make the perfect "spokespeople"!

Especially when pushing offers in the pets niche.

Here's an idea of how big the pet care market is:

And don't just think poopa scoopa and automatic litterboxes. There's nutra offers - CBD extract, join relief, multi-vitamins, etc. There's also lead gen offers such as pet insurance.

Example (not a very good one sorry - I wanted to make a quick post so didn't do adequate angles research - I'm sure you can do way better):

Concerned that everyone will end up using the same pets to trigger Tiktok's duplicate content filters? Not to worry - the app allows you to upload your own photos. The app would then animate it for you..

Here's an example of a vid I made with a photo of my Benben:

And of course, you can replace the background with another video - for example a screen recording of the product website for the offer you're promoting.

(Note: I forgot to turn on the "face mirroring" feature when recording the above vids. When you turn it on, the animal would mirror the motion of your face while you're speaking. You can turn this on in the app's settings.)

Have fun with this - I sure am!

Thank you @vortex

The Android version doesn't have the music feature yet, and special effects will be releasing soon. I'll definiitely be giving this a shot on TikTok.

Gonna have to read the ToS too, because I have every intention of misusing this app.

Ooh what kinds of intentions? Pray tell!

And are you referring to Tiktok's ToS or the app's?

I'm using the IOS version but haven't noticed any music feature or special effects. Are we talking about the same app?

Definitely the app's. People have no idea how foul-mouthed my dogs are.

Do they allow others languages than English? My Chilean lama wants to start making YouTube videos ;-)

Hate to disappoint your doggies, but that CAN potentially be an issue...

The more practical concern would be whether the ad platforms you're planning on running these ads on, would tolerate your obnoxious doggies - unless the audio is gonna be in doggie-speak.

Interesting! I hope they have the same plans for the IOS version!

Oh you can use any and all languages! The original voice or audio source needs to come from you - anything from ancient sanskrit to modern baby-babble will be played back pretty much the same as it was captured - but with changes in tone and/or speed as applied by you before saving the video.
