For speed, but at high'ish cost, onehourtranslation.com.
If not urgent, fiverr.com is way cheaper. Do a search on "translation [language] marketing" and/or "translation [language] advertising" and/or "translation [language] advertisement]. Look for translations with lots of reviews + high star rating, read reviews and message them to ask about their copywriting skills. Choose a few and split-test them.
Upwork can also be great. Make a post and do similar searches as above to invite freelancers to view your job.
