To Kick Start Tik Tok, suggestions needed
I have been running Dating offers from more than 4 years. I am thinking of doing something else as well. I requested Matej (Matuloo) for suggestions then he recommended to Try TikTok.
So I am opening a new thread here. I need experts suggestions on how to proceed from here. I know nothing about it. I even didn't open TikTok because it is banned in India.
Please give your suggestions:
1. How should I start, may be some tutorials or Threads I should read before starting.
2. What kind of offers I should run on TikTok and what are the networks I should approach for the offers.

Very nice! Somehow I didn't realize that TikTok was banned in India, when making that recommendation, that will likely pose some problems
But maybe there is a workaround... @ScottyG any idea?

@
cassshy's guide for setting up TikTok is a must read for getting started with the basics on the platform.
https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...ompleted-Guide
Also I highly recommend Thomas Murphy's videos on YouTube for further study, very informative and I watched all of his early videos when I got started.

I recommend starting off with low payout, revshare offers that allow you to quickly figure out how to make creatives that convert. You can quickly get feedback and dial things in until you get the right formula.
Don't steal videos, it's a terrible strategy and they punish you for it, since you're in India it will be an extra challenge but I recommend trying to use a VPN to get the app because it's essential for creating content.
Networks to check out, organized by how much I've personally earned with them through TikTok;
Madrivo (Jennifer for rep)
Jumbleberry (Shelley for rep)
VerveDirect (Gadget/Ecom, Teresa/Mai for rep)
Leadnomics
PerformCB
AdMobo (Sam for rep)
EPCVip
PeakROI
OptimizeToConvert
MaxWeb
GiddyUp (Gadget/Ecom)

I'll ask and see if they're willing to provide access to STM members, wasn't aware they were private.

Thanks @ScottyG!
Actually Madrivo is among the networks that can be applied to in our networks application tool:
https://stmforum.com/central-vendor-app/
But of course hitting up a rep on skype directly is easier!

Tiktok got caught up in the latest wave of China app banning in India about 2 years ago.

I have a confusion. I was going to create Business account on TikTok. Do I need to create Normal account or an Agency account. I also don't have any idea on difference between these accounts.

You
can use both.
One huge advantage apart from moderation stuff and support in case of issues (suspension, account ban) is that you can run campaigns in all available geos with an agency account.
With a personal account you can only run in limited geos, which geos are available depends then on where your business is located.

Thanks a lot for the detailed information. I will go with Agency account then. If you can please suggest any agency I should go with?

Regarding Viera Media: I've had good experiences with them so far as well.
But I would like to make this disclaimer on behalf of STM: STM does not endorse any products or services. Use any service mentioned - or not - at your own risk and discretion.

I wanted to go with Viera Media but I am little confused as I have seen some negative comments about Viera Media on below post

I don't think you can find a service in any industry where 100% of their clients are 100% happy with them. (OK there may be exceptions, but I'm making a point.)
As always, exercise due diligence by doing adequate research before choosing a provider - such as reading reviews (especially negative ones) and asking around.
Assess your risks and watch for red flags. Avoid services you don't know very well that ask for a lot of commitment upfront. Talk to a few providers to see what the ongoing rates are etc.
Just doing the above should help you steer clear of most scams. At the end of the day, there will likely be risks involved in spite of your best efforts to avoid them. But you can certainly do your part to minimize those risks.

Yes I understand that I will not get any service where 100% people will be happy with it. But at least I should try to minimize the risk by communicating to the experts like you
Thank You for your suggestion!

Every agency isn't going to be 100%. I'm currently using Viera and have had 2-3 accounts suspended. Don't know the reason why, but their employees under the slack channel was able to get me up and running again with another account within 24hrs. They are able to port over the suspended account balance into the new account.
This goes without saying, but when you start to scale try not to deposit like 10K in the account when you realistically probably need 5K to scale. The top up on the accounts is relatively quick once they set you up with a new account.
Also, it's probably ideal to find back up agencies. In case things ever go south, you have multiple agencies that you can choose from. If you join this FB Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tiktokadsstrategygroup
You'll find people that offer agency accounts, but again take it with a grain of salt on how legit they are. I don't endorse this but it seems like Ecomdy Media is *legit*. They're part of TikTok marketing partners, not sure if that means anything. But if they're part of TT marketing partners that's saying something. But, then again what do I know LOL.

Thanks for sharing FB Group details, I have joined it
I have a query.
I have been running Dating offers from last few years where Pre-Landers are required in most of the campaigns. Without Pre-Landers, it is almost impossible to get the green campaign. Although exceptions are always there but most of the campaigns run like this.
So my query is: Do we need Pre-Landers same way for TikTok also?

I've been collection info on TikTok for the past few weeks and based on the info I have it's not necessary to use pre-landers with TT as long as the offer itself is properly designed.
It's not my personal experience, yet, so just passing on what I was told

Thanks Cassshy,
Can you please suggest any network where I can get leadgen offers. I am trying to connect with networks but it seems they need experienced people.

Any suggestion about the geo I should start with? I am personally thinking of US but not sure if it will be a good decision to run US in the starting.

Based on the info I have, US is where the party is at right now, especially for leadgen. It's definitely a very competitive market of course, but the possible return are the best.
But again, it's just the info I have and not first hand experience, so let's see what the TT pros think.. @
cassshy @
ScottyG any insights you could share?
