Review Of TikTok/Facebook Agency Viera Media (13)

So as I mentioned in my other thread 'Degen TikTokkery', we have concluded our time running on TikTok.

In that thread and on others on here about TikTok, one of the most common questions was 'How to get a TikTok agency account'.

As a result, I asked Viera Media (the company we rented the agency account from) if we could do a review of them on here, and they gave us their blessing.

The TL/DR is we had a wonderful experience with them, and I feel like they spent a ton of man hours helping us (more on this below) that (I would guess) far exceeded the money they made off our account. They were also kind enough to send back our balance with no questions back and nothing but courteousness, which if I were in their shoes I would consider a bit of a hassle, so as a result I wanted to write a review of them on here going over what a good experience we had with them.

They offered to give us a referral link to use, but I declined, so this is not sponsored in any way (and STM doesn't allow aff links anyway, but just wanted to mention it for transparency).


Overview

I was introduced to Viera Media by @ScottyG - the original og STM TikTok wizard himself - which I'm very grateful for.

I did an initial call with Andrew Viera, the owner, and he seemed like a standup dude, very easy to communicate with, very upfront about everything, and we signed up.

We signed the agreement, sent over some funds, and immediately got started running campaigns.

Communication with Viera Media was via a dedicated Slack channel just for us, which worked well, and there were team members available pretty much 24/7 for any issues or questions that came up.

As I mentioned in my other thread, we had MASSIVE success right off the bat running something we had been running on native. Literally felt like we were just printing money.

Then TIkTok started denying all the ad groups for that offer though and then disabled our first account.

Viera Media was great, and immediately got us a new account, and their team members began working with their TikTok rep to try to get us whitelisted to run the offer.

This went on for like a month, entailing quite a bit of work on their part (we had to keep sending in all sorts of for the TIkTok people... was really a massive undertaking actually), and finally the TikTok rep said we had been whitelisted.

So we started running it again, did really well, but within two days, the ad groups were again disabled and our new account was banned.

Spent another month working with the TikTok rep, with the Viera Media team in the middle, but we were just not able to overcome the confusion/inertia/etc within the TikTok bureaucracy.

Is it possible a different TIkTok rep could have succeeded? Yes, I imagine... but at this point we've moved onto other business interests anyway and I'm not really interested in investing more time trying to get it whitelisted...

Mostly just wanted to mention it because- again- was extremely appreciate of Viera Media being willing to spend so many man hours on the issue, far exceeding the revenue they had made or would end up making on our account.

So yeah... I'm not an expert on what they offer, but my understanding as of right now is that they offer both TikTok and Facebook agency accounts, and also specialized Facebook services as far as getting accounts un-banned, etc.

Their fees seem very reasonable (a few % points basically), but I'm sure they change over time so wont' put a specific number in this post.

So yeah, overall I had a great experience with Viera Media, and wanted to write this review as a result of that, and because the question of TikTok agency account options has been asked about so many times on STM



Note: I know there's other TikTok agencies here on STM/within the common STM orbit - wanted to add that I have had nothing but wonderful experiences/heard wonderful things re: them too

That's great to hear.

I have few offers that I want to test on TikTok where I would need an agency account to get access to these geos.

Do you still use Viera Media?

What's their pricing?
Just few % of adspend/revenue or is there more?

Also what about creatives, do they take care of it as well?

Is there a minimum to get started on Viera Media?

Thanks @jack_l for the review - this is where I get my agency accounts from as well, and so far so good!

Pricing: As @jack_l mentioned above, they charge a % of ad spend, which is taken off each deposit. 2.5% was the rate last time I made a deposit - and this is subject to change.

As far as I know there isn't a minimum required spend. The minimum deposit amount I remember is $500.

They don't take care of creatives as far as I know.

I am also in search of Tiktok agency accounts but for that first I want to contact Viera Media's rep to discuss few things. If anyone could help me for that then it would be great. I filled up the form provided by Scott and then received the mail too but I have few questions before starting.
