Should we as beginners be doing classic or In-page Push?
Or both?
Standard push notification and the in-page push format are completely different.
The standard push notification is a subscription based format, so only those that subscribe can be served the Ad and it is not dependent on any website. This means that a notification with the Ad can be pushed to a subscribed user regardless of what website they are browsing at the moment.
In-page push is basically a display Ad or a banner that just looks similar to a push notification and it is loaded directly from the website that the users is on right now. So an in-page push can only be shown to an actual visitor of a website.
Because of this, the available volumes are way higher in case of standard push notifications. The CVR and CTR is different and so are the prices per click.
It's hard to say which format is better for beginners to be honest, but I would say it's easier to get some decent volume with standard push, especially when talking about the lower TIER countries.
@twinaxe has shared a nice case study recently, where he looks at his push and in-page push campaigns in order to compare the effectivity of each, that might of use, check it out: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...eshness-Levels
I would start with classic push and when the campaign succeeds you can test InPage as well.
Important is to keep both formats separated, they have too many differences to run them together.
InPage can also work very good but in most cases I get better quality from classic push.
