Check your paths. How much of your traffic is Verizon? You can ask your rep and they will tell you

Also how many users?

How many users are sending daily to this path? are you still running it?
Your campaign could have different RPUs, due to the superbowl being near.

I think the important question is how much volume was done for that 0.45RPU. If it wasn't much,then it really wasn't a steady RPU to begin with.
