How do you deal with these folks? I can't even.
I started submitting multiple campaigns at the same time to at least be slightly more effective. Taboola has had faster approval times for me so far.

I've noticed Taboola tends to approve earlier in the day for me, US Central. After noon and usually they don't get to it until early morning.

There's nothing you can do about it other than just submitting a support ticket.
Unfortunately Outbrain is slow as hell when it comes to content approval, and most of the times even account managers cannot help with it.

Do you submit one campaign at a time or multiple campaigns at the same time?

Lol dealing with this right now too... it really is amazing how slow they are (especially lately)...
I just upload a bunch of camps and plan on it taking a week and then sometimes pause some of them if they all get approved and I don't need all of them.
It also takes a few days to "rev the engine" and lower the bid down to a decent level, so all in all getting a new campaign going can be a 10 day affair easily.
The more inconvenient a platform though the less competition we have, so that is one benefit to remember
And I do really like Outbrain overall. Just wish they'd hire some more moderators

Usually trying to submit multiple ones at the same time. Also noticed that when you submit camps on fridays the review process tends to be longer (even up to two weeks), meanwhile when doing at the beginning of the week, sometimes when lucky can get approved even within that week.

This is kind of true, but at the same time it's really annoying to wait so much time for a campaign to get approved. You can easily lose momentum.
