Is it recommend to have my own push panel just for internal use?
Because I have tried using OneSignal and all my profits earned has almost paid for using their services.
If yes, is there any platform for me to buy directly instead need a developer team to build the whole system for me?
Any advise would highly appreciated.

It depends on how much profits you are generating on a monthly basis. At a certain level, it might be worth it.
One other option is to reduce your OneSignal cost, by pruning your list. If you have subscribers who never clicked on any link for 20 notifications for example, better to remove them to decrease your Onesignal fee, as they are unlikely to convert.
How many subscribers do you have actually? I just created a new account there and looks like they now have a free plan for up to 10.000 subscribers... with some limited functions, but it looks like all the most important ones are supported even with the free plan.
