Anyone ever got a C&D for using celeb images/featuring a celeb in yr FB ad?

Just wondering what the chances are that I'd get a C&D too...

I would think you're unlikely to get a C&D, they will just complain and Facebook will pull your ads. I've had ads pulled before due to an "intellectual property complaint". Funny thing is I ran that campaign for a day then paused it, then 3-4 days later had the ads pulled. Go figure.

Easy as hell to get approved. Why cant u get approved using celeb images?

old story yes but Oprah and oz won. celebs don't like it when you burn their brand. stay away from that and you might be ok......or cover your tracks very very well

Saw a really good presentation from an attorney with coast law group last year. He made a great point about the I believe he called it "bear in the woods" mindset that affiliates have.

Basically he discussed the flaws and problems with thinking "Im not as uncompliant as this guy so I'm okay" or "I'm just a small affiliate". The point is that no matter how small/large you are if you're doing uncompliant stuff you have just as good a chance as anybody of getting burned.

Now i'm going to step off my ivory tower and test some images i found on the googles.
