Hi guys
Facebook decided to completely restrict my account from using anything that is related to advertising on their platform. I had one business there in which I personally invested more than 50K in the last few months in ads spend. They simply closed me without any explanations or anything. This is just like breaking into my house and stealing everything I have.
Does someone here has any access to someone who works in Facebook and can help me with that? I'm really shocked and devastated by this.
Please help
Submit a support ticket, that’s all you can do.
There bave been thousands of inaccurate bans lately and if you were not doing anything shady you can easily get your account back.
They said it's an algorithm decision. They don't even want to say the real reason. I don't do anything shady....
If someone knows someone in Facebook please tell me they completely ruined my day and if it will not be fixed they will ruin my life..I put all my savings into this
I tried bro, they replied that it's an algorithm decision and that it's a final decision. I didn't promote anything bad, they let me burn 50,000usd for almost a year just to eventually block my account. What is this behavior? I'm feeling so bad because of that they simply stole my business for no reason
Sorry for that.
Meanwhile, what about starting marketing on other traffic sources? By doing so you will be less dependent on what platform and have a more resilient business.
At least you got a reply. During the last 2-4 weeks I got 12 Profiles restricted, even more BMs disabled and all my appeals are still open. Others haven't heard back from FB for about 4 weeks now. I'm wondering if anybody is still able to run ads on FB?
As others have said there is nothing you can do other than submit an appeal. I'm in the same position as you, entire BM restricted 2 weeks ago. And No, they will NEVER tell you the real reason why it was restricted. Facebook intentionally does this to prevent advertisers from reverse engineering their algorithm.
The only proactive thing to do right now is to start learning a different traffic source. See if you can move your offers to Native.
Don't give up just yet! They always tell you the decision is final, but as long as the reply box is still visible, keep appealing!!

Hope that helps! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you...
(Not wanting to add insult to injury because now is not a good time - I know - but in the future, try to refrain from depending on one ad account for anything, or even one traffic source for that matter.)
