All of them can work with dating actually, but since majority of them is non-adult, you cannot promote adult dating. I had pretty good results with propeller, richpush... pushground and admaven are ok as well and there are more.

Just a word of caution, push traffic is quite hit or miss with dating, so you are likely about to experience quite frequent lead quality issues. It's normal with this traffic type though.

But as matuloo said, the problem is rather that the quality of push traffic is often not the best for dating so sooner or later you probably will have to deal with quality issues.

You can prevent it a bit when you filter out bad traffic like non targeted geo, wrong browser language, bad ISPs and hosting providers.

You can also increase the quality when you use older girls/women in the creatives and on the lander, when you don´t use phrases like "Free" or "No credit card required" and when you put something like an age check on the LP and redirect too young users (below 25 or so) to somewhere else.
