Let me tell you how I did it.
I developed a viral twitter application, which when installed allows me to Tweet from that person's account whenever I feel like it.
So all I did was find something I can give away and tweeted from my personal account with 303 followers.
Than I tweeted from the 10 accounts that installed my app. This 10 twitter account had 12314 followers collectively and so in 2 hours (tweeting 4 times all together) i have control over accounts which have collectively OVER 300,000 followers!
Than I did another test, where I posted from just 20 accounts and in 10 minutes the total number of new followers I got (not installs) was 82,314
Now this is a MASSIVE list and I have many plans to get some money out of it!

This app uses Twitter's API from dev.twitter.com and users can uninstall that app anytime they want (although only 1 in a 1000 does)

focus on easy dating and install deals. I buy ALOT of mylikes (twitter) and that it what works really well. also horoscope deals work.

back when twitter was first going.... we all had big followings but no one was able to figure out how to monetize it.... so we all were like well.... we have 90k followers but wtf is that other than something to brag about?

How many installs? Nice potential for SEO if you control enough accounts. Sell the SEO service, then sell the software when you have some nice data to show it works.

If someone was Tweeting from my account then I'd let Twitter know very quickly...and I'd be very pissed off.
I believe that with the oAuth twitter features you can authorise an application to post to your twitter account, so you can use third party software to manage your tweets. If hmate9 has some software that users have authorised on twitter then he can post using their accounts.
I'd love to know what incentive you are offering them in order to keep them happy with you posting tweets on their accounts.
