Got Scammed By Trafficmonsters!

Hello STM members!
Today we wanted to warn all of you about big scammers - Trafficmonsters!

The manager said that it was their inner problem, but then he changed his mind and started blaming an unknown advertiser who has set high bids in their self-serve platform - https://gyazo.com/000893759ff80ba3ae8ac120877a090f . Bids were fixed in 2-3 days, but the earned sum remained on the balance (total 1500$). By the time of 1st payment (Net 15) we'd earned ~150$ https://gyazo.com/241ec31d24aa8a959e05f118e96c4ca6 so we decided to keep it and withdraw a bigger sum. By May 1st, we already had ~500$ - https://gyazo.com/07d69e628be5a1fed77ea0bc4266f541 . So the invoice was conducted (May 6) and sent to our manager - live:.cid.66e0c0f42a357fe3 and to their finance - payments@trafficmonsters.uk . We've sent 4(!) notifications to their finance asking for payment proof and confirmations, but got 0 response. Today’s JUNE 10 and there are no payments from Trafficmonsters! In the end, they owe us 1500$! Don't work with these guys, because you’ll meet extremely rude scammers there!

Could you maybe translate the conversations? This way it's a bit hard to see what the exact conversation was.

Also, the invoice is made on the 6th right, + net15 means 21st of May, it's now the 10th of June. Ofcourse they should answer quicker @Trafficmonsters, but I wouldn't call them scammers so quickly.

ADxAD manager asked if everything is allright with the invoice that was sent to their finance dept. ADxAD manager confirmed that after the payment received ADxAD would be glad to relaunch traffic.

Trafficmonsters manager replied that it had to be cleared out, but the finance had already left the office, so he'd check on Monday. ADxAD manager said ok, we would revert on Monday.

ADxAD manager replied with Paypal. Trafficmonster confirmed that then he was in touch with finance and he asked them for details.

ADxAD manager replied that it was his side to pay that's why he should name the due date. The invoice has been sent in the beginning of May. Trafficmonsters said that he'd check. ADxAD manager asked about the time when to expect reply. The manager replied that the definitely the same day we should have expect the answer.

Trafficmonsters manager replied that the finance managers were having lunch so they'd reply during 1 hour. In an hour ADxAD managers asked about the confirmation once again, but there were 0 responses. ADxAD manager last message was about showing this situation to the public.

Thanks, it looks like there is some delay in payment. During corona in some countries it's still hard to be productive and have all things aligned as before. I have no experience with Trafficmonsters honestly so I can't tell they are solid or not. But I think this is will be a "classic" version of getting paid too late, which happens quite often and is very annoying! It happens to me not that often anymore, but occasionally yes.

Best to stay calm at least. Try to call them or maybe find another person on Skype thats works there. And maybe they can reply here @Trafficmonsters....

we did find another person in Telegram, at least it look like another person, but this might be the same guy. He said that their Net terms are Net60 (IO was signed for Net 15) and they will check April and May quality once again (as I said it was confirmed several times already). Our manager kindly explained entire situation and in return manager from Telegram said that our traffic was "bullshit". Our manager once again stressed that there were no disatisfaction with user's quality and that the payment had to be made. That's it.
There is no issues with delays, they just don't pay"(

Well if it's bad quality leads, they have the right disapprove ofcourse. But as you mention, if AM tells you quality is good and you can continue, I think they should pay.
Net60 means indeed you have to wait a little longer, but not if you signed for net15 ofcourse...
