Massive Dropoff on Clicks vs Landing Page Views

Hi,

An average of 30% of my unique outbound link clicks actually doesn't become landing page views
and I'm wondering what I'd need to do to improve tie clicks to VC ratio.

I tried improving the speed by moving from SiteGround to WPX which is supposed to be faster than SG but the issue persisted. (according to Pingdom, the loading speed is about 8.30 sec.

The price table is towards at the bottom of the page so I don't think people bounce off because of the price.

I heard that speed, price could be the main two reasons for the drop off and I feel lost. Any suggestions?

thanks!

People leave after 2-3s. On FF, your main picture with the lady does not even load. Fix your loading time first. Then clickloss will be relevant.

8 seconds is a loooong time for a landing page to load, no matter what the traffic source is. Why do you need WP for a lander? Is it a blog or something?

Even if you need a bunch of content and CMS, it’s better to use static html for the lander, and links from the lander go to the real WP site.

8 seconds is guaranteed to cause some traffic loss, did you try to follow all the steps that jeremie suggested in the other thread, to improve the loading speed?

With FB traffic, you do not need to chase every millisecond as we do with POP traffic for example, but 8s is still too much.
