Business Manager Account Disabled (6)

I have 2 business manager accounts that have been disabled by Facebook:

• 1 business manager account has 6 ad accounts and FB disabled all of them in 2018.
• Another business manager account (also has 6 ad accounts) is also disabled. 1 ad account was active until it was disabled a couple of months ago because it was inactive.

I never promoted anything against their policies. I stopped using FB business account for a while because I had better conversions on other traffic networks. Now I want to use FB business account again to build followers. Is it possible to reactivate all of them? If not, should I create a new personal FB account so I can create a new business manager account?

Can you be more specific? Are you completely locked out of the accounts or does it say "restricted advertising"?

If you create a new personal account and you have all the same information, Facebook will without a doubt know that it's the same person behind the "banned" account/s, assuming that was your personal. Even if you change the personal details, your IP/hardware fingerprint will likely tip them off.

Have you tried appealing?

It says "restricted advertising." I appealed a few months ago but I haven't received any replies yet. I will appeal again.

I tried to submit my appeal to FB but it asked for either passport/Driver's License so I uploaded my DL. Do you think it may take several months right now before they review my DL?
