I really hate agency client work... Time to shine with affiliate marketing!

I have done marketing for virtual summits with Jay Abraham, Tucker Max & Mike Koenigs...

Ok that's all in the past because agency client work really suck... I am here to work for myself!

Hi STM, I am Fred and this is not my first time joining...

The other time I barely did anything and quit after 2 months... I was just reading consuming and not doing anything!

Background:
- Still doing agency work, looking to stop completely in 3 months hopefully and do affiliate marketing fulltime
- Start with USD1.5k with extra 1k every single month if needed
- Come back stronger with very good knowledge of marketing, funnels and FB compared to last time

DO AND DO, STOP THINKING ABOUT IT: I have already launched a direct-linked pops campaign and have had 3 conversions!

Moving ahead:
- To start doing and learn along the way, better to lose while learning than NOT do anything at all
- Focus to learn pop/push especially tracking, coding etc
- Try to setup FB campaign asap and hopefully profit since I've had extensive knowledge running campaigns

Experience so far:
- I really suck at tech(thats why i use clickfunnels for my agency), couldnt setup S3 for nuts, will be using landerlab and see how from here, might upgrade to landerbolt if needed > do things the simple way even if it is more expensive!
- Get hands-on experience optimising push/pops campaign > I believe the fundamentals are same as FB alongside with the instincts and experience that I have
- Setup a mastermind group of newbies for supporting each other and learn from the pros through reading with a PURPOSE (find a topic and attack it on stm)

Thanks! Will be posting regularly for accountability... 1k days here I come!

Welcome to STM Fred...(again)

- I really suck at tech
My 2 cents...don't sell yourself short.

I don't have a tech background at all and when I started here not so long ago was pretty intimidated by tech stuff + ripping/cleaning landers. What I found is that if you just slowly and steadily follow the guides here on STM...a non-tech person can actually become pretty self-sufficient.

You'll be surprised how far someone whos kinda sucky with tech can get using STM Forum + Google + playing around a bit with it all

Vortex explains setting up S3 here.

Yes sir > just figured I wanna do things the simpler way... regarding the s3 I tried probably 6 times with 2 domains still did not get it to work thus I chose to use landerlab instead. Will definitely learn it again as I go along just wanna get things moving ASAP!

Do not wanna get stuck in "learning" and not get anything done!

Welcome back Fred!

You'd be surprised how many people do the same mistake... even here on the forum. They read, maybe start one campaign expecting to see profit immediately, then they quit and think AM is a scam. But those who give it the time and really want to learn, those will make it

I really suck at tech(thats why i use clickfunnels for my agency), couldnt setup S3 for nuts...
You don't have to be a pro at everything... many of us are not good with the tech side, but don't forget about one thing: there are people who really understand this stuff and can setup anything within minutes or hours. So instead of wasting weeks on learning these basic tech setup things, hire a coder/server guy and have them setup everything for you... it's gonna save you a lot of time and since it's simple stuff for experienced people, it's gonna be fairly cheap too.

- Start with USD1.5k with extra 1k every single month if needed
Here is a great thread for you, you can replicate what twinaxe did there and the budget you have should be sufficient for this approach, it realyl doesn't go much simpler than this: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...Direct-Linking

See you around,
Matej.

Hey Fred,

I'm in the same boat, I've got a small agency and deal mostly in Wordpress site builds and support (with the occasion client wanting a little more marketing help). Tried before to move from client work to AM. However got sucked back into client work cycle of dread........

Trying to pivot to AM at the moment due to covid.....but clients keep on ringing!!!

Going to follow...give us a shout if you want.

(hope I haven't hijacked this thread, tell me to start a new one if needed)

Good luck and keep pushing!!!!!
