Is there a way to send push ads to my website visitors? Or to the visitors of a particular website?

Yes, and you should!

Building your own communication channels /mail, pops, sms, pretty much any kind of subscribers/ can make a big difference in the long run.

Yup, it is possible, but first you need to subscribe the users to your own "push list". Push notifications are permission based, so you gotta get the permission from your users first.

There are tools for push list managements, here is a thread where the STM forum members shared their opinion on which one is the best: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...n-Push-Traffic

And here is one more thread for motivation purposes, so you can realize how far you can take it https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...on-subscribers

Super! Before I check the threads out, quick question - I mean this can be like Facebook retargeting. Right? And are there specific ad networks that help with this? Say for instance, Zeropark helps this, can I be in touch with zeropark and tell them, "hey, I have 100,00 subscribers on my webiste. can you help me serve specific push notifications to separate audiences from the list on a cost per click basis in specific countries and devices?"

The push networks get part (or all) of their traffic from publishers who own their private lists, so yes, it's a possibility... but to be honest, I have no idea how big the list has to be for the network to consider to put it into their rotation. They definitely won't work with small publishers with a couple 1000s of subs.

If it's possible I can check directly with them asking their minimum requirements.

Yes, I will let you know in a couple of weeks from now. And they should respond in the affirmative or negative.

I was thinking... when I visit some websites, there's the option given to visitors to opt for push notications. There must be some plugin or app to help with that. Does the answer to my question lie here instead of asking the push ads networks?

Check my previous replies in this thread, this one in particular: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...l=1#post396928

There are tools to manage push lists, I linked to a thread where we talk about it, read it, there are several ones suggested by the forum members.
