Short version: Traffichaus chose to steal my $585.77 instead of refunding my remaining balance.

Reached out to Traffichaus VP "Morten Due" via email on 12/11/2019 requesting a refund for the remaining balance on my account ($585.77). Didn't get a response the next day, so messaged my AM on skype to remind them.

I did in fact send the email to the correct address.
My AM confirmed he relayed my message to Morten the next day.

4 days later, no response so I check in again with AM, he tells me to email their accounting email instead.

Takeaway so far: their VP Morten intentionally ignored my request and lied about not receiving my email, as my AM confirmed he relayed my message to Morten.

I send an email to their accounting on 12/17/2019 requesting a refund.

No response the next day, so I message accounting again, this time saying if they continue to ignore me, I'd make this public. NOW they respond, with an obvious excuse.

13 days later still nothing. I message accounting again.

11 days later still nothing, I message accounting again.

10 days later still nothing, I message accounting again.

3 weeks later still nothing.
I message accounting on 2/16/2020 giving them the ultimatum to either process my refund, or I'd make this public. Been a week since and no response. They chose to run with my money.
It's clear now that they had no intention of refunding at all and were just stalling from the beginning.
IF I ever get my refund, the first thing I'll do is update this thread, otherwise consider me unpaid. I wouldn't put it past them to have a rep coming in here and lying that they refunded me.

3/9/2020 Update: Finally received my refund. No doubt they only acted because I made this public on STM.
Sorry to hear about your experience.
However in my experience I think TrafficHaus is legit, but they just have some really terrible customer service.
I haven't ran anything with them in a couple of years already so I cant comment on the current state of the network.
I guess keep us posted.
Ofcourse a legit company can have cashflow problems. Most people will not communicate this since it's a form of "failing", people don't like to confess. It's a bit exhausting to chase money when you put your effort and risk on the line, and they keep postponing or ignoring you.

Threaten to chargeback. Thats what chargebacks are for. If I did this to my customers I'd be fucked out of a merchant account.
I know the guys well and sent them the screenshots from the problem you posted here. They are on it.
