What happened with traffichaus? Unable to contact

Last week I recharged $ 500 via paxum, but I created a camp, always pending, emailed customer service, I couldn't get a response, the email didn't exist.

I'm not buying from them right now, but didn't hear any news that would suggest problems on their side... their support can be slow at times, especially if you started to use the account again after a while. Maybe that's the problem.

They also change/fire managers more often than is common with other networks I worked with, maybe Michael is no longer with them. Try to reach out to the general support: info@traffichaus.com

I have not heard anything either, but in my experience they are slow to resolve issues.

A year or so ago I ran some campaigns there and despite putting budget limits on my campaign, the traffic ran over until my account balance was like $120 in the negative.

I contacted my AM and Support there and told them why would Traffichaus keep sending traffic beyond my account balance, and that they need to zero my balance at least before I deposit again.

They said they would take care of it, but after reminding them a few times, I just gave up lol.

Yup, they definitely have a bit to learn in terms of handling customers
