Need help with Evadav push ads campaign (Evadav)
Sorry in advance for my long post:
I joined a udemy course on cpa affiliate marketing with mgid ads, but have ended up buying $100 worth of Evadav ads. I have joined and already accepted with a few affiliates networks. And now in here today - all excited to learn and network, and eventually share! 
I want to make best use of the $100 ad credit. I am running offers currently on a high ticket crypto apps that will pay $250 to $600 once the customer pays in that money and trades. The affiliate manager said the products have high EPCs ranging from $3 to $33, and the CR is between 15 to 30 per cent.
I have already burned $15 of ad budget and not sure if any one signed up because the conversion fires only when someone pays the $250. The ad is direct linked because I found the direct linked landing page just great. I am having CTR of around 1 per cent. I bought anstrex spy tool today and may change the ad creative to a winning one.
With this background information, I have a few questions:
1. I see some sources that have high CTRs, is it right to have another ad creative now from a winning anstrex campaign and just run that winning ad on sources that are having CTR, and continuing with direct linking?
2. I want to rip landing pages and ad creatives from Anstrex. Is it allowed?
3. Any suggestions for adult (web cam) traffic here for $3.5 to $4 double opt in?
4. What exactly is white listing and black listing. And can I do it on Evadav?
5. How much can I expect to spend on ads to make a sale for the offer I talked about?
6. I want to promote some small crypto offers like $0.5 to $4 pay outs for different geos and a sign up incentives the traffic for about 500 small currency payment. Any tips for that on evadav?
7. What offers and GEOs best work for Evadav?
8. My udemy coach advised me to buy shared hosting to start with and advised against following the gurus to buy VPS because it saves beginners like me a tonne of money. After profiting a bit, we can move to VPS he says. But I see a warning here not to go for shared hosting right from the start. I have already bought shared hosting and have a limited budget. What should I do?

The $100 on Evadav probably won´t get you that far.
Usually there should be a $0 event triggered when a user signs up so that you can track how many registrations you have and how many of them deposit.
Ask your affiliate networks if they have such options.
It´s mostly about your creative that you use.
Then your targeting can also have impact on the CTR.
It can make a difference if you target mobile or desktop.
User subscription age has also a big impact on the CTR.
Fresh users have higher CTR than old users.
So just because you get as creative from Anstrex it doesn´t mean that you automatically will have a higher CTR.
A high CTR also doesn´t guarantee more success.
It should be a good mix of high CTR and creative related to the offer.
I also wouldn´t recommend to direct link, especially with such offers.
For the Crypto FTD offers your goal is that the user signs up to a Crypto platform, grabs his credit card and pays $250.
It´s much better to use landing pages to warm the user up for the offer.
Tell him a good story so that he then is willing to pay the money.
Not really my vertical.
Whitelisting means to target only specific placements so that you receive traffic only from these placements.
And yes, you can do it on Evadav.
You need to create audiences there for blacklists and whitelists.

But this was a real exception, I just ran the right offer at the right time.
Usually you need to spend quite a bit to get results but nobody can tell you how much it is.
It depends on many factors, for example where you run the campaign, is traffic cheap or expensive, if your creatives and landers are good or not.
It also depends on the offer itself and also when you run them.
Sometimes there is a hot offer in a Geo so that it´s easier at this time.
But it can also happen that others just ran big campaigns in a certain Geo with many leds and deposits so that it´s harder then for a while to succeed there.
Anyway, in the end it shouldn´t matter how you need to spend per deposit as long as you are profitable.
And with a $600 payout offer you still make $100 profit when you have to pay $500 per deposit.
So the offer payout is $0.50-$4, correct?
But what do you mean with "a sign up incentives the traffic for about 500 small currency payment"?
For these offers I use Tier1/2 Geos.
Maybe they have some good courses but what I saw there wasn´t that good.
Anyway, to answer your question.
Having a good infrastructure has nothing to do with Gurus or whatever.
It should be common sense to have a good infrastructure.
Your hosting is where all your traffic goes through, when you use a self hosted tracker then it has to be installed on your server as well.
And then a shared hosting will be your bottleneck.
Often shared hosting is also oversold and has much worse performance compared to VPS/dedicated server/cloud solution.
And on Digital Ocean for example you get a server from $10 upwards already.
Don´t get me wrong but with the statement to buy shared hosting because it will save you lots of money your coach already disqualified for me.
It doesn´t help when you save few Dollars per month for shared hosting and then lose much more because of an unreliable infrastructure.

I was a bit confused because Facebook and Google perhaps ban people who steal ads/creatives. Perhaps it is a bit different for native and push ads...

Sorry, I don´t really get what you mean with it, can you please explain it a bit more in detail? So the offer payout is $0.50-$4, correct? But what do you mean with "a sign up incentives the traffic for about 500 small currency payment"?
I meant the offer pays out $0.5 to $4 and everyone who signs up is paid 500 units of a crypto as an incentive for signing up.

I can only tell from my own experience but sweeps, streaming and casino works on Evadav. For these offers I use Tier1/2 Geos.
What about the crypto offer (it is actually a gaming/gambling offer where the traffic is incentivised with crypto for signing up) I talked about now ( 500 units of crypto for signing up) and in tier 4, 5 or lower geos because they don't have to buy anything. I mean for Evadav... I can try sweeps too. Casino... would advice promoting a famous global lottery spread across all geos? I would prefer tier 1 and tier 2 first as you advised.
For the high ticket crypto offer I will go with MGID native traffic as you advised.
5. About Udemy:
From my experience, Udemy has courses for $5 that have way more value than $2000 courses I have purchased.
I learned about STM from there and for sure I would follow an expert on the topic like you than someone from Udemy. Then it depends on who was the teacher there, the rating of the course, many other factors... even though I came across a course there with 200 students enrolled and 4.3 rating which was way more valuable than courses with 100,000 students and 4.8 rating. And I continue to enhance my learning there every single day on varied topics.
As far as Affiliate Marketing, CPA, traffic related advice, etc. I would close my eyes and follow you or any other expert on here. At the same time, I have a mind of my own and it would be a disservice to myself if I don't use it.
