How do I answer these co-reg questions asked by SP?

What kind of paths are you running?
What kind of paths are you interested in?
What type of traffic are you running? (Is it ok to say Facebook Ads?)

Tell them you are running gift cards and will use SP to use as the backend.

FB / PVV traffic is ok to mention.

If your a member of any networks, rip an email submit and host it yourself. Or you can maybe even just sent the offer url over and say thats what your gonna use.
