We've been here for a while now and seeing all the love from you, decided to share something from our lives, to shed the light on the inner kitchen of
Here we will post some of our thoughts, shots of working process and company activities. Those of you who are using our tracker might find this thread curious, we've always wanted to make our communication with users more personal.
And it doesn't really matter if you use our tracker or if you don't, here we are open for discussion of any question, not only AM-related.

First, we would like you to meet people behind Binom. We have 10 people in our team: CEO, 4 developers, 4 support engineers and QA.
So, let’s start with our great Support team, in case you haven't heard of it just check the feedback in our system:

Dmitry actually is the first and the eldest support engineer in Binom team, he saw and supported even pre-released version back in 2014, so you literally won’t find anyone in the world who has bigger experience with Binom support.
Guess, what was the craziest place where Dmitry supported? It was… in a strip club. Yep, and not with a girl but with a laptop on his lap. Because even when Binom has its internal events customers are not forgotten.
