I have been using the funnel flux manage product for a while now. Recently their support has started taking days to respond to tickets. Every time they say it's because they are working on the hosted version. To me that's not an excuse. You still need to support your customers while you work on the new project. Today I woke up to the message below. It was sent 9 hours ago. I woke up and checked my stats and found I had lost around $2000 because I was sending traffic to my pages and when they were clicked they were going to errors. After they sent this message I got no updates and things are still down. I have sent them messages with no reply. I like the features of funnel flux, but I think it's time to find another option. Since there support isn't responding hopefully they will see this and fix my issue.
Hello Andrew,
We noticed that the healtheck of your Frontend servers stopped working and unfortunately there is no obvious reason for that malfunction.
We have forwarded the debug details to our Devs and awaiting their feedback what is causing this.
I can suggest that you temporary pause your traffic to avoid blackhole-ing it because your main domain will return "Service unavailable" error.
Will keep you posted on the resolution of this matter. Thank you.
Best regards,
Evgeniy
I don't know if they saw this post but a few minutes ago they messaged me that things got fixed. Pretty crazy in the 9 hours I was away from the computer nothing was done. Then after I get up and make some noise it's fixed right away.
Don't wish to imply anything, Funnel Flux is a great tracker, especially when it comes to creating complex funnels, but since you'we asked I'll just leave here a link to a thread where you can check feedback from other's users experience about support team of another tracker: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...-90-STM-coupon
