Free one: http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html (I use it, works well).

Add to that ( also free) : pixlr.com and Xheader THIS IS ALL YOU NEED TO DESIGN GOOD BANNERS.

Voila !,I will appreciate some (I used Jing to capture this image).

To our success.

Do any of these automatically add a direct link URL to the image on your clipboard?

For example if I want to take a screenshot of something I automatically want to be able to go into STM click on "insert image" the paste the URL and it will work?

A lot of these just capture a URL of the image within a frame.

Did that make any sense?

you can do it 1 of 2 ways....

use jing,....upload it then click on the picture in the frame.....then copy that url....and use that in the forum,....

or

use snagit and save it to the "public" folder in your dropbox and then right click on the file in your public dropbox and "copy public link" then use that in stm....

My fav part with snagit is once snagged, in the editor you click File, Sent to, Program, Photoshop - Man feels so good. I hate saving images, renaming, then opening in PS then save again.

I have two screens, you can click on the image in firefox and just drag and drop it right onto photoshop
