Dear affiliates, who works with adult Dating, how do you analyze the target audience?

I tried reading forums on Reddit about porn, looking for adult Dating community on Facebook, watching threads on 4chan.

But everywhere there was only the banter of users over each other.

Maybe you will share some other ways of market research or attach links to market research (Google did not give results)?

This is the only thing I know about my market to be honest. Rest I just test and adjust, play around with data quite a bit.

Another useful way to know target audience existed until last year. Put a Fb pixel in your lander and check stats of your custom audience. That feature was removed from Fb ad manager after the stupid Cambridge Analytica scandal though. But these are some things I discovered back then -

1) Old guys (45+ are most common)
2) They love politics
3) In America they love guns and NRA (I tried gun angles, did not work)
4) In USA a lot of them reads about Trump (But everyone did an year ago lol)
5) Only 20% are single, rest were married.

Did you try using models holding guns? I had one campaign some time ago (US GEO), all the pics I used were various models posing with guns, or in military locations etc ... I even found some pics where semi-nude girls were playing paintball ... it converted quite well for a while and I had no idea why The data you collected might explain it hehe

I tested some girls with guns, but did not test properly. Mostly, I tried putting NRA logo on the banner, and it did not create as much CTR as my Craigslist logo, so i moved to the Craigslist banners which was the killer banner type last year in US for me lol. Maybe I should have tried angles like "Slu+s who lov3s guns selling pu$$y in Craigslist" and use pictures of milfs with guns lol. Split test variations of that angle and images. Maybe it would have killed it hehe.

Maybe I should test that now haha.

Well, you never know what kind of crazy angle will work wonders

One my best dating angles ever, that I came up with and that got copied heavily by others later on, was a simple headline like this: "Small dick wanted" It worked like a charm I'm sure you've seen a banner with it out there, been running it for like 2 years or more, on and off
