Try these guys.

Forget the Chinese internet marketing, there is no CPA offers there(or maybe 10 lol), the advertisers will make you cry by shaving. No advertiser want to risk by CPA, they only want CPS.
So if you really want to go into the Chinese market, CPA is not the best way, maybe you can make some product and sell to them, better choice.

Incidentally, over the past few months I've been seeing a TON of ads for dick pills on Baidu's ads on Chinese websites -- these are the ad units that webmasters can place on their websites and earn revenues from (their equivalent of Adsense ads).

These have come up while browsing regular Chinese sites, news sites, etc. -- NOT porn sites.

Clicking the ad leads to a standard (but quite expensive) CPS offer, with a reasonably convincing video designed to provide proof as to the efficacy of these pills by interviewing a foreign "doctor" as well as some local medical experts. It's branded as an "American" secret.

Somebody is obviously making what I can only imagine is a CRAPTON of money with these ads. It's like the days of 08 and 09 when ads for acai and teeth whitening plastered every website you visited.

If anyone's interested, I can try to pull up the ads and LP and make a post walking people through this particular offer. There are some very interesting tactics employed on the LP designed to push the sale, tactics which I imagine are specific to the Chinese audience.

Chinese Ad Networks:

http://www.weiyi.com/
http://www.vhmnetwork.com/

And I realize this is not WF but I just discovered the Chinese version of fleshlight (complete with long sales copy, countdown and Call To Action buttons).
To see chinese ads/banners just search on baidu.com for popular terms(mp3, sex etc) and you'll find sites with banners.

Anyone else doing any experiments with Chinese traffic

I've never tried IM in China so I'm talking a bit out of my ass here, however I did live in China for a decade and had a business there for years, so I know this:

-Don't fantasize on the 1,3 billion number. 800 million of those are farmers living on $500 a year.

-300 million or so are considered middle-class by Chinese standards, but really that means they make 300-600 bucks a month or whatever. This segment is spending but obviously not much. Many of them do not have credit cards yet.

-There is maybe 50 million people who have actual spending power by Western standards. A lot of those have credit cards by now. Even though they are at the top, a lot of them (like 85%) have never traveled for example and speak no English whatsoever.

-Cash on delivery is indeed a popular payment method

-If you thought the affiliate marketing industry was shady in the West, it's probably much worse in China. I mean, the Chinese will pour cancer-causing chemicals into baby milk to make a few extra cents without giving it a second thought. Whatever is going on online is probably worse. Business in China is cut-throat. Even actual brick-and-mortar businesses rip each other's websites, ads and business names, affiliate-marketing style (happened to me - they even left some of my logos and my picture on the copy site).

-Cultural difference is very real. Any copy would need to be written by someone who understands the country because their perspective on life is very different.

-An example of that re: interface, from a foreign entrepreneur who has a huge site in China. At the beginning he tried different nice designs (think Facebook; Google - white, balanced and clean) and nothing sticked. In the end he said "fuck it, let's do it Chinese-style" and he finally got engagement. Design Chinese-style is the opposite of western-style: crammed text, multiple columns, clashing colors, blinking banners, pop-ups left and right, etc etc. That's what they like. The busier/louder the better.
