Guide for Affiliate Marketing With Display Ads?
Does anyone know a guide here on STM or any step-by-step course on promoting offers with Display advertising (Google Display Ads and other display media buys)?

The mobile cookbook still has some good basics for this: https://stmforum.com/forum/forumdisp...obile-Cookbook
The challenge now is that display ads aren't as popular for most affiliate offers so there are likely no up to date courses or tutorials for it.
Your challenge for Google will probably be more on the side of walking the compliance line with affiliate offers more than anything else.

Is it possible to direct link to offer landing page with Display ads? Or use a tracking link?

With these "picky" sources, it's a better idea to not use a standard tracking link that uses redirects. The best is to use on-site tracking, many trackers can support this... not sure which one you are using. With this setup, the tracking code is part of the LP and you simply direct link to it.
We talked about how to use on-LP-tracking in a recent post, it was a different type of use, but it should help you understand how it works:

Thanks I understand, but in case the offer's landing page already does a good job of pre-selling and I want to direct link, is that possible somehow for Google? Or do I need to use a cloaker? Also which is a good cloaker for Google?

You can directlink the offers, just make sure you pass your ID in the link, so the network can actually credit you for the leads. In case the offers are legit and whitehat, it can fly on google. But since they are not big fans of affiliate marketing, people who run volumes usually resort to some sort of cloaking indeed. I don't personally cloak, but people keep on mentioning trafficarmor, leadcloak, noipfraud ... and a couple more, just search the forum for some tips
