Custom domains are usually something more important. Would be good to have a 2nd as a backup but tracking domains don't get flagged much. As a beginner, I wouldn't worry about it.
Are you thinking about getting the yearly plan though? Otherwise, the price is $99/month otherwise according to their website.
So in other words, you don't need any of that at the very beginning and it won't make or break your campaigns usually.
