For Entry Plan you get 1 Dedicated Domain with free SSL (it's a unique tracking domain assigned to your account only) and 1 Custom Domain (without SSL).

You can click the bulb icon (top right) in your Voluum panel and then request a trial of the premium features - Anti-Fraud Kit, Traffic Distribution AI, Custom Notifications and Shared Reports. The trial is for FREE and is turned on for a 2 weeks period.

The add-ons you're mentioning are not available for the Entry Plan - you can check which features and parameters it includes on Voluum.com/pricing under Compare plans. If you want to have i.e. Traffic Distribution AI enabled, you can firstly request the trial period (2 weeks) and when you find it as a good fit - upgrade to a higher plan, as our AI is included for both Basic and Advanced Plan but not Entry.

Personally, I don't think you will need any of these 4 upgrades when starting out, just get their entry plan and start launching & optimizing campaigns.

I like to have my VA login to my tracker and update traffic costs for me. It looks like I would need the most expensive plan just to allow her access to do that?

No, it's not true, you don't need the most expensive plan for that! Additional user (in your case - your VA) is not available for the Entry plan, true, but can be included in Basic, Advanced or some custom option.
