I have a question, now for anyone that's starting out with AM like myself who doesn't have a big budget, looking at $500-$1000 monthly. Will the starter pack for $44 month viable in my case? I do have Binom setup via server and it's unlimited clicks vs 1,000,000 clicks with Voluum. I'm anticipate to start my campaign in the next 2 weeks via Facebook ads.

donvmg : the starter pack is good enough for a newbie, 1mil events is sufficient, UNLESS you are planing to run pops. If that's the case, this deal isn't the best for you as it's pretty much guaranteed you would go over 1mil events in a month.

Also, @donvng, with Voluum you can track all Zeropark events for FREE - they don’t count towards your event total. Same applies to events from traffic from Voluum DSP - they don’t count towards your event total either and you can manage and optimize your campaigns inside the tracker.
