Hi guys!
Lately, I'm testing different approaches on how to get in touch with other retailers in EU for our eCom brand Wild Boar Liquidator.
The trick I will show you is based just on 1 example, so it could be a coincidence.
So, my goal was to approach the biggest hunting online store in a different way that usually eg. cold email with an offer.
Here are the steps:
1) Use Google to find their HQ address
2) Create a FB campaign with objective Reach and target only the zip code from step 1
3) Create 10 different ads with simple angle like Wild Boar Attractant That Everyone Is Talking About
4) Luckily my target audience was only 4900
5) Run the ads with the highest possible frequency limit
6) Forget about the campaign
After just 5 days running the campaign, we got a call from the company!
The deal is not closed yet but my goal was achieved. They contacted us which means we are in a slightly better position when it comes to negotiations.
Like I said, maybe it's just pure luck, coincidence or whatever ...
We're already building a list of ZIP codes of all companies we would like to work with. That being said, we will sooner or later see if the approach is really working.
I spent around 40 EUR on this campaign ... I need to calculate the ROAS after they place the first order.

I'm sharing this here is because I wanted to show how powerful can affiliate-style approaches be even in the classic business. I believe that as an affiliate, we are always looking for hacks/workarounds/gray-black hack methods that will help increase our ROI.
Hope this helps.

This is a very clever approach, great going Timotej! You're really on fire with the tips lately, keep them coming
good strategy, thx for sharing.
There is a facebook hack to make your trick even better - you can target just the headquater building instead of the zipcode.
The facebook doesn't allow you to target any buildings directly, but you can enter a location, set a radius and add exclusion for all radius around it.

there is a lot of ways to use this - say you know a liquor conference happening somewhere...
Yet another one for the newsletter!!
Thanks again Tim!

linkedin might be also a good option for this method.
