Looking to start buying in on DSP's for our app clients.
What are the top 5 DSP's to buy in-app traffic.

The recently launched Voluum DSP would be a good option to test several native networks with, since they have most of them integrated, plus the classic exchanges such as smaato. I had good results with go2mobi in the past, when I was pushing apps. And based on my own tests, google adwords traffic (GDN) worked very well for app installs too.
