GO2MOBI gone for good ???

So looks like another traffic network bites the dust, this time Go2Mobi.com ... their site is down, social media accounts have been quiet for a while. Their facebook page seems to be gone too ... doesn't look good at all.

Anyone has more info on that?

yes its been down for a while now, i've received an email from them informing that they selling their dsp busines

Dear Advertiser,

As a valued partner we wanted to share an important update with you.

Go2mobi has made a strategic decision to focus on its other lines of business, and to sell off its DSP business. Therefore, Go2mobi has been actively exploring the option of transitioning its DSP operations to a new third-party operator. This transition will ultimately see a new group managing the day-to-day DSP operations while preserving the best aspects you have come to rely on from Go2mobi’s integrated technology. Please be advised that this process will result in a service outage on November 20th. We anticipate this outage to last approximately 1-3 weeks.

Following the service outage, this transition will allow your advertising to continue with the new operator managing Go2mobi’s DSP. We sincerely appreciate your business and value our relationship with you. We will keep you updated throughout this process.

Someone buying them out to let them die and get bigger market share for themselves? Or maybe a bigger shakeup in the DSP field?

Waoh, LeadImpact went off, next it was Smadex, now Go2Mobi.com.
Among other issues, Any company who does not evolve will take a
nosedive.

Whatever happened it seems like an odd move to leave the homepage with a 404 error.

And at the same time, VoluumDSP seems to be gaining ground lately ... how's that for a conspiracy LOL

Didn't get that email either. Plus, most companies make it sound better than it is. Definitely looks bad if it should have been done in 1-3 weeks since November 20...

We were good clients of Go2mobi and had a call with the CEO to tell us about closing operations, it was mainly a decision by the investors behind it. The weird part was to immediately close it instead of trying to sell at least the tech (imho it was one of the top DSP platforms I have ever used as advertiser) if not the whole business but I guess they had their reasons.

What I must admit is that it was a very clean way to do it, we had over $70k funds and they returned it to us immediately when asked. Sadly not all the companies who have closed business have acted the same way, usually is the opposite, they close without prior notice and not returning the funds. So for me the staff of go2mobi has all my respect and wish them luck on whatever they do next.

Great to hear that you got all your money back! Maybe the way they handled it was the reason why there wasn't any drama about them closing shop. So at least they did the right thing.

I liked their platform a lot too, it's a pity they didn't sell it to someone indeed.

Hahahaha well, yes, we're still here, alive.

So all of you guys who don't wanna go off your "native course", go ahead and test our DSP. Some of you might have already tried us in the past, but we've changed a lot. Over the last few years we've developed some major improvements based on your feedback - short campaign creation form, bulk campaign creation with split by Ad Exchange and Device Type functionality, bulk creatives upload for testing many images with many headlines, key automation features (automatic pausing and automatic bid adjustments), we also have 24/7 Campaign Approval (these guys are really awesome in communicating what went wrong and why your campaign had to be rejected, from them you will get guidelines on what exactly to change for the campaign to be approved). Most importantly, we've deployed new processes and tools for you to get good-quality traffic. Oh wait, what's even more important, we have the best Account Management team always happy to share some insights, provide you with whitelists or blacklists, basically help you at every single step.

Ready to go? Register with us and we'll get your account approved in 24-48 hours.

Questions? PM or Skype me: Voluum Account Manager / live:johnsmithkrakow

I still had $4-5k funds in my account
and couple months ago I was assured by their VP that my funds were save and no need to close my account
but now I'm not getting any response at all (even though their emails aren't bouncing either..)

Ah, so they didn't refund everyone so it seems ... Do you know of any other people who lost $$$ due to this?

Don't know. It would be weird if I'd be the only one. Unless they just needed a small budget to fund the farewell drinks.
The mistake is on me for misjudging and believing them. I would just brush it off if it wasn't for this deceptive scumbaggery which makes me want to release a human pitbull after everyone involved.

Really sorry to hear that We've all lost our share of $$$ due to someone pulling the plug, but still, it just isn't right!
