Comment Control

Hey guys

I'm running BH on Facebook (a newbie).
Should I delete the comments from the posts (Scam, Fake, Clickbait etc..)?
Or this would trigger a flag?

This thread may help:

https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...our-moderation

I don't know if doing so would trigger a flag nowadays though.

Hide the bad comments, don't delete them. Too many bad comments will hurt your performance (of the ad itself) but also account wide. If you see an ad having loads of bad stuff, duplicate it, and delete the "bad" one. Sometimes you end up in a pool of people which complain a lot and relaunching the ad in a new campaign helps often to get rid of them.

Go to fanpage settings and then turn moderation to heavy (for swearing etc) and you can add a list of keywords you want to block like those above
