I'm looking at running a few financial type offers, I know my demographic, just not sure how to find the sites that would fit best.
What I was doing originally is going through sitescout and searching each site in quantcast/adplanner until I found one that fit the demographic. This seems very time consuming though and not sure if it's the best way to go.
How do you guys go about finding sites to advertise on once you have the offer and know your demographic?
I am using sitescout.
WhatRunsWhere.com
Alexa
Google Ad Planner
Quantcast
Download the SiteScout list and load it into AdPlanner as a list, then you can do the same search you're doing now, but automatically. Other than that, I'm having the same problem (see my sitescout follow along).
We're working on auto demo profiles for sites we crawl, coming semi soon to a WRW account near you... But until then, it's all manual, you can speed stuff up a bit like polished said, but that's the best way. Also look for trends in types of sites as these can help you find similar stuff quickly
Tijn has a video that walks you through it.
PT
Adplanner and if your targeting about email sites specifically, then google and alexa combo is where you want to put your work in. Just have a list of keywords ready to search
what runs where.com looks good, im still looking for a place to start
Check out seekingalpha.com and fool.com if your pushing highend investmewnt offers.
Were you accepted into Fisher / Stansberry or Fool.com's programs by any chance? I really want to push their offers but its hard getting through to the right people there.
